In 1983 James was hired by Century 21 Japan as a translator in the then Irvine based largely domestic real state organization to work on taking Century 21 to Japan .  Fast forward to today where there are close to 800 Century 21 offices in Japan .  Several prominent US based real estate franchise brands have tried to conquer the Japanese market but Century 21 currently is the #1 US based real estate franchise in Japan .  James is the official Century 21 consultant for Century 21 Japan.  James gives speeches, conducts seminars, works with the franchisees and provides corporate strategy to the Tokyo headquarters.
