5 STEPS TO SELLING
Step 1
Receive the Investment Property Update newspaper in the mail, or a postcard from James Joseph/JosephApartments.com. Fill out the CMA (Comparative Market Analysis card enclosed in the IPU and mail in or call, fax or Email James Joseph’s Executive Assistant, Lisa, to get a current market analysis of your investment property. Step 2
When Lisa contacts you to get your current rents and any particulars of your property, be cooperative and give her the information we need to complete the CMA right away. At the same time, get out your calendar and make an appointment to go over your CMA with James Joseph, at James Joseph’s office. He has evening and weekend appointments available to meet your busy schedule.
Step 3
Come in for the appointment (Lisa will call to remind you and confirm) and go over your CMA, your thoughts, desires and concerns about your investment property matters with James Joseph.
Step 4
At the time of the CMA appointment, or when you are ready, list your property for sale with James Joseph.
Step 5
Let James Joseph handle it from there. Enjoy the ride. James Joseph has been listing and selling Investment Properties since 1981. James Joseph is up for the task!
